What I hope, in my deepest of hopes, is that the US Citizens take elections seriously now. Vote for policies you agree with and hold the politicians responsible if they do not deliver.

For me it was another typical weekend fending off fascism:
Sunday afternoon was 2 more GOTV phone bank shifts (thank goodness for the climbing gym in the morning!).
Saturday morning was joyous solidarity with about 50 people on the four corners of the huge intersection in front of our local Tesla dealership, protesting Musk's abuses of power.
Then Monday evening I just phone banked into NV with Environmental Voter Project. Doing everything I can to make sure Dems' election victories are TOO BIG TO RIG, TOO REAL TO STEAL!
You are not alone! Vote and get as many friends, family, strangers who need rides to the polls as possible. It only happens if everyone votes. No sitting this one out please!! Signed an equally anxious Canadian!
Volunteer, even now, in your district, whether it's giving someone a ride to the polls or watching their kids so they can vote, putting a sign in your window. Volunteering to phone people with reminders and encouragement from the comfort of your home, do it! You'll feel better.
Hoping with everything that it's the outcome that is good for Americans & the rest of the world. You, 'THE PEOPLE', can absolutely do this & end this tyrannical regime.
God, I hope it’s not November 2024 all over again! I was so hopeful going into that presidential election. I just couldn’t believe it when she lost and I still can’t believe it cause I don’t think she really did but what can we do? so I’m hoping tomorrow gives us better results and we can start moving forward with accountability for all these people that have tried to ruin democracy!!
