In fact, most heads of state are more intelligent, literate, and rational than their counterpart in the U.S. It is disheartening to see Congress drag their feet about impeaching Trump. What's the holdup? He's engaged in more crimes & misdemeanors than every president put together! It's infuriating and galling.
