To someone who violates a court order, they are in contempt. If that were us, we would be arrested. ARREST HIM. Arrest the ICE agents who are deliberately killing people in the street. To their own words, oops they shot the wrong man. He looked sort of like who they were looking for. Really? Arrest them just like police officers are arrested and put on suspension until an investigation can be conducted. It's simple. What's to be afraid of?
